SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We pack and ship orders Monday to Saturday and try our best to dispatch plant orders within 24 hours of purchase, however that is not always possible and sometimes we may take up to 4 business days if your plant needs any drying-time for example.

We combine shipping so if you buy more than one plant we will adjust your total order cost.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update on the tracking system.

If your plant or soil arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right by either sending you a replacement or letting you choose another plant of equal value from the shop.

Printed items like t-shirts, mugs, and sweaters are print to order and the only instance in which we may accept a return is if you received an incorrect size.

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it, please just send us a photo.
